  1. It is generally recognized as a valid therapy in a very few >limited< cases.  There unfortunately are far too many religious fanatics around who wish to control everyone else's lives for the insurance industry to risk covering such therapy.  Although sexual surrogates are not prostitutes, public perception says they are, and in many areas they can be arrested if discovered.


  2. Psychologists really aren't supposed to boink their patients - but they do a lot anyway.

    Work your problems out together, not with a stranger in bed.  A vacation away for a week just you two in Niagera would do a lot more (that's IF you make time for a bit of hanky panky!   And none of this I'm tired, I have a headache BS.)

  3. There are legitimate clinics which do assist with sexual dysfunction.

    Usually you can find a "friend" that is willing to help - especially if you are a woman.
