why dont you join a hip hop group or something?, or hava a look on ebay for some s**y dance workout videos or something, thers alot of songs you can shke your booty to, depends what type of music your into. im into hip hop im addicted to the song elevator its always playing in clubs but i have a whole heap of favs, just to lazy tp wrote them all down, goodluck with your moves lmao

I will suggest that you take a look at STRIP FOR DANCE...There are a few good ones out there...they give you routines..also good for toning the body as well as looking HOT..I cannot think of my favourite..BUT there sure do beat Demi Moore performance is Striptease..I too do love to Dance....
