Reports in French media suggest that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mali-c2951 international Seydou Keita, currently on the books of reigning UEFA League Champions Barcelona FC is attracting considerable amount of interest from French Ligue 1 clubs.
The 31-year-old is reportedly under the radar of Paris-Saint-Germain. Coach Antoine Kombouare has deployed a 4-2-3-1 formation at PSG so far this season. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leonardo-c22056 believes that the current formation still needs the presence of a crafty midfielder who can
play both as a defensive midfielder and as an attacking midfielder.
Keita is one of those rare midfielders who can play in both positions. At Barcelona, the Malian has played in a variety of defensive and attacking roles. His versatility has been cited as one of the main reasons why the Parisians are so interested in his
services.
Spanish media reports that English Premier League side Manchester City and Italian Serie A champions AC Milan are also interested in the services of the former Seville player.

With Guardiola reluctant on letting go of Keita, it seems that Leonardo will have some work to do in order to bring the 31-year-old to the Parc des Princes. However, PSG should not be looking to bring in Keita in the winter transfer window.
The midfield of the Parisiens has enough depth and bringing in a new player halfway through the season would not be ideal for a side that is still building its chemistry. However, if PSG succeed in qualifying for the Champions League, they should consider
buying Keita as the former Lens player has a lot of experience of playing at the top level.
