Shadow cliffs fishing?

there are black bass there and want to catch one really bad. what should i use and how do i use it???????????????????

cast a (plastic) lizard into the cliff and try and stick it there on the wall !hopefully the dirt will fall into the water and attract the basses attention. jiggle your rod tip allowing the lizard to slowly wiggle free and fall into the water and set the hook. but I would rather fish the cliffs facing the sun and in sun not shadows.
