Shag rugs and paper lanterns cheap?

where can i get those shag rugs and those round paper lantern ceiling lamps in nice fun colors (orange, turquoise, green, etc) for a good price? the rug i only need like 3 x 5 ..its for a baby room..to put in front of the crib.

For the rugs, try Wal-mart, and for the lanterns try a party store.

well if i were you i would check out walmart and target i see lotz of fun colors and shapes.... well hope i helped and congratz on the baby!!
