the team, easing the pressure off the young guns.
“I want seniors to take more responsibility because I don't want youngsters to be told in every meeting that they must improve, so I want to set some examples for the new players,” the popular cricketer of the country said while
talking to the media.

However, the veteran of 329 ODIs clarified that he is all set to forget whatever happened in the recent past, and is looking forward to deliver his 100% on the field for the green shirts.

“I think action speaks louder than words, a lot has been said but now I want to be a good cricketer and want to perform,” Afridi added in same interview.
In the meanwhile, the hard-hitting batsman applauded Sharjah’s crowd, and asserted that the presence of the excited spectators encouraged him to give his best.
“When you have a good atmosphere around you, then you try your best to deliver and I am overjoyed by the support in Sharjah where they cheered my singles so I was happy to put my head down initially,” he shared.
