  1. Dip the chicken in beaten egg yolk, roll in canned French's Onions that have been broken up a bit, and bake till done.


  2. you can also use dry milk powder and season salt mixture.  it browns nice in the oven so no fat.

  4. I use up left over bread slices by putting them through my food processor and processing them until fine.  To half a cup of crumbs, add a teaspoon of mixed herbs . Put in a plastic bag with chicken pieces and shake. Put in baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil.
