Shaker cards/magnets?

ok im headed to the store probally target to start my baby shower cards(i want to do them myself!) a women on YA sugguested a while back i make shaker card/magnets,who has experience making either of the two and which one should i make? the card or magnet? this wil be a unisex coed shower in the middle of october,the rest of the ideas i need from you guys please lol! im not to creative,10 pointer,thanks to all who answer!

I think the idea is the invitation is a shaker card with a magnet.

If you buy a sheet of the thin magnet - you can create the shaker part on top.

Here is instructions for making a shaker card - now just glue to top of magnet sheet cut to the appropriate size.  Don't forget your going to have to put these in an envelope - so cut to the right size.
