hello, i was just wondering what were some symbols of Ophelia's loyalty. The essay has to relate somewhat to her death scene and i already have the violets and the cleansing water she falls into. is there another symbol of her loyalty somewhere else in the book? immediate response would be appreciated....essay is due pretty soon! thanks!

  1. Well, since we're under a tight deadline here, let me drop what I was doing . . .

As a time-saving measure, it's good that the "essay has to reIate somewhat" to Ophelia's death scene, since the play itself relates somewhat to Ophelia's death scene. So you don't have a whole lot to read--about 10 or 15 minutes' worth.

And, even better, you've got the violets and water down pat. Yes, there is another symbol--possibly more than one. Check out the death scene. And--best of all for symbols of Ophelia's loyalty--check out the scene with her and her dad.
