Taras Stepanenko assures the fans of good performances after recovering from a thigh injury and explains the healing process

“My restoration began with simple exercises. Then I gradually increased the pace. I was advised by doctors that when you start to feel pain, you should immediately slow down the pace. Otherwise there is a risk of aggravating the
