Commenting on the team’s performance in the longest version of the game, Shakib stated, “I don't think we are going backwards. The trouble is when we get to play Tests after long breaks. We have to start everything anew when we play Tests after 2-3 months.
It takes an innings or two to understand the situation. If we could play regularly, it wouldn't be a problem.”
The Bengali Tigers will be looking to make an impression with the ball as well after displaying some solid batting skills against Pakistan. They will be hoping to get a positive result out of the match other than just ending it in a draw.
