lately me and my bf have started to become intimate and today was the furthest we gone without intercourse which we havent gotten to but and after a while he started shaking and it kinda scared me and i asked him wat has wrong and he said nothing

but wat was really going on?

Your Bf is right there is nothing wrong, When a man is aroused his blood pressure drops thus creating a drop in body core temperatureure. Thus creating his muscles to tense up and 'shiver' to warm themselves up. Just like when you outside in the cold weather.

when someone is very excited or nervous, adrenaline is released in the body which causes tremors.  You ever been really nervous or excited and your hands shook?

Your guy is REALLY into you and it's VERY frustrating to him that you're close to, but not at, having intercourse.  As a result, he got the shakes. That's not surprising.  

Do not think that's a reason to hurry into having s*x if you're not ready. He'll be fine. :-)
