my friend gave me this anime,

1-is it a good one?

2-there is Shakugan no Shana from 1 to 24

,Shakugan no Shanatan 1 and 2

,Itadaki no Hecatetan

and a special episode

what are all of these files and which one should i see before the other one

According to order, naturally, watch the first season first. The special OVA episode was released after the first season so it should follow. The animated film afterwards, then the second season last.

Shakugan No Shana is enjoyable to watch if you are attracted to the pure and innocent type of romance between young people, and the ever so distinctive tsundere-loli character. The plot itself is somewhat cliche and slow-winded, but it has it's exciting moments.

1 - Yes, It's VERY good, I just finished the first season and it's absoloutely amazing.

2 - Watch the first season, and after they kill their first enemy (his name will be something with an F, I can't spell. You can watch  the movie. I'd say that's about 6 episodes in...? because the movie is just a sequel to that. Well, sort of. It's like an alternate ending. It's TOTALLY WORTH WATCHING!)

3 - After you finish season 1, watch the special episodes, then season 2, then you're finished :D
