Shall i ask this girl out?

OK, the main reason y i signed up here to this site is to ask this question, I kinda really like this girl for like a year now, but the problem is i hang around with her AND i don't think she likes me, wot do i do? shall i ask her out or wot

If she doesn't like you, than she doesn't like you.  You aren't going to change that.  The question is, does she really not like you or do you just think that?  You say you hang out with her.  Next time, try engaging her in a conversation which will enable you to tell stories about experiences which had an emotional impact on you (women are more captivated by stories that say how you felt as compared to what you did).  While talking, face her and slowly begin to lean into her.  After a while, begin to slowly lean away from her.  If she leans in toward you, she's interested.  If not, I wouldn't say it's hopeless but she probably doesn't like you for a boyfriend.  Body language doesn't lie.  Oh by the way, don't listen to anyone who says "tell her how you feel."  That is reserved for women that you have been dating for a while (6 months at least).  If you do it now, it will have little value to her and only serve to put her on a pedestal.  From there, she will spit on you.

Start slow. You dont want to scare her away. Sometime when you are with her casually ask her if she wanted to go do something with you. Whatever is around like bowling, movies, mini putt. etc. By having a date like mini putt nothing will ever be weird because if you have nothing to say you can just mini putt, but it also gives the both of you a chance to learn about each other more in depth . See if this works or not... you never know maybe after the date you might not want to be exclusive.I hope everything works out for you!

i would say ask her out on a group date and then last minute tell her everyone cancelled so its just you and her. then you guys can get to know eachother and you can know for sure if she likes you or not without a lot of pressure.
