Shall i drink my urine hot or cold?

I just urinated into a glass - I was thinking shall I heat it up before i drink it? Will it make me ill if I don't heat it up first or is it ok to drink it raw?

it's best if you drink it quickly, in fact, it may just be too late, the bacteria may have already started to form.

I am not sure if you asked this as a serious question. I don't personally condone the practice of drinking ones own urine.

However, there are those who do. They call it urine therapy.

Some believe that urine can cure many ailments. Some religions proclaim this as a ceremonial rite. Ancient Romans used to drink from a public trough.

I want to reiterate that I do not recommend the drinking of ones own or anyone else's urine.

don't. it's sick and gross, plus it's full of bacteria and stuff. if u absolutely have to drink it quickly so bacteria doesn't start to form but seriously just don't drink it
