YES... that is the most brilliant idea of the century... of two centuries.

Like when Arnold Schw.. was given the governorship of California after the ppl voted by majority to put him out of office before his term was up.

I wish we could do this... then again, that is what impeachment is form. This is a great idea for when Congress fails us.

Calling back election should be held at the mid term

After 2.5 years candidates should be asked to get votes but negative votes

if negative votes are more 50 % of the votes a candidate was polled he should deemed called back

The people do have the power to recall elected officials.  It is not easy, but it can be done.  Just a few years ago, the state of California recalled its' governor and elected Arnold Swatzenegger to replace him.  One must start woith a petition and have enough of the electorate willing to vote for a recall, but it can be done.
