Shampoo, conditioner, and my head?

Every time I shampoo and condition my hair the next day there are all these white flakes (also my head is kinda shaven and i have brown skin and black hair so you can see it even easier) visible on my head. My parents and i aren't sure if its dry scalp or i don't wash out the shampoo and conditioner properly, i guess its that i don't wash out the shampoo and conditioner out properly, so i want to know how to wash all of the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair properly or if possible how to hide the flakes. Please and thanks for the help.

try head n shoulders shampoo

you just have to wash it thoroughly so that it doesn't leave any shampoo or conditioner on your head . and don't stay under the sun too long .
