  1. This would have been a perfect fight for HBO's "World Championship Boxing" even though neither is a champion now.  The fact of the matter is that neither of these guys deserve to be fighting on pay-per view at the moment.  With Zab Judah, its really getting tiring with him- I mean, how many chances is he going to get?  Every time, its the same thing withi him; he starts off fast, and then fades down the stretch.  In my eyes, he has already become a gatekeeper, or a stepping stone, but people still believe in him for some reason.  If he loses this fight, I do not want to see him on a major card again because I'm tired of seeing him say "You're going to see the real Zab Judah on fight night" and then when the time comes, he can't deliver.  As far as Mosley goes- he is still a good fighter and a great guy, but he also does not deserve to be fighting on PPV after losing to Cotto.  He says he wants a rematch with Cotto, which would probably be another good fight, but I don't think that the result would really be any different.  Cotto is improving and Mosley is getting older, and Mosley usually does not fare well in rematches- he's lost twice to Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright.  The only one he has beaten in a rematch was Oscar De La Hoya, and that was a controversial decision.  Basically, this fight is an opportunity to watch two of Cotto's recent victoms fight each other, and even though the fight may turn out to be great, I just don't think that it deserves to be PPV.  My prediction is that Mosley will beat Judah by unanimous decision.  Judah will start fast like he always does, but will fade after the first 6 rounds (like he always does), and then Mosley will take over with his fast combinations and outpoint him.  If a KO or TKO occurs, it will be from Mosley late in the fight.

Edit: The fight is off because Judah got injured in a fall.  Thats too bad, but at least now we won't have to pay $50 for an unworthy PPV.

  2. its gonna be a real easy fight for shane... shane is like fighting a nobody right now... he has got to get the big fights.. this fight is pointless... zab does not deserve a fight with mosely after losing the biggest fights of his life...and now he wants to lose again...

  3. I care about this fight, no doubt it will be good.

    Mosley has always been underrated,

but i dont give 2 sh***ts about zab judah,

I was just pissed that this fight will be on ppv tho,

After both are comming off losses to cotto.

Mosley will KO judah in the 7th

Zudah is fast, thats about it hes got no power and tires after

    the 6th round.

Mosley is an all around great fight, future hall of famer,

Fast, Cazy power and one STRONG A S S CHIN.

You need a hammer to knock out mosley

  4. no because it is not going to happen...judah sufered an injury to his arm that requiered 50 stiches...

  5. I do.  Anytime to respected fighters square off, the potential for a great fight is there.  These two guys are both still name fighters, and I think it will make for an interesting bout.  Clearly if is more important for Mosley then Judah, but the winner is at least in line for another big money fight and will remain a contender.  The loser is in a pretty poor position, it's what is called a crossroads fight.  There is clearly more to lose to gain from a career standpoint, since both fighters have long ago established themselves.  I think Mosely will win, Shane was always more talented than Judah, and where Shane went the distance and lost a close one to Cotto, Cotto stopped Judah.  Based on that, Mosley has more left in the tank than Zab.

  6. it woyuld be a good fight if it wasnt on PPV.. $50 for these to washed up guys  please

  7. im looking forward to seeing this fight actually cuz i think their styles will make a good fight, i think mosley will win a UD in this one because i think he has better stamina (even at this age) than zab who usually runs out of gas after 5 rounds..

  8. Who cares about this fight??/ Mosely has soften up a bit, and zab Judah sucks. When was the last tim he won a meaning full fight. If Zab hit shane below the belt and the corners start a fight (like in the mayweather fight),then that would probably be the only fire works in this fight.
