Australian spin-wizard, Shane Warne is still considering which team to represent in the upcoming KFC Big Bash tournament, which starts in the late December.
The 42-year-old last played in the fourth edition of the Indian Premier League, and earlier, reiterated his desire to come out of retirement and play in the Australian domestic competition.
However, he is still undecided on which team to serve, with the Melbourne outfits, the likely destination for Warne’s comeback. Renegades and Stars, the two home town teams are keen to get the spinner on board, which will enhance the popularity of the tournament.
Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that the Big Bash organizers will award the former Australian Test player, an added allowance on top of his the salary to get hold of the player’s services. Project owner of the competition, Mike Mckenna has urged the player to reconsider his stance and play in the lucrative league, which will be ideal for attracting large crowds.
"We made that offer to all the teams of an amount of money in exchange for him doing things like making appearances for us," McKenna said. "He is an asset, he will excite people across the league not just the team he plays for. Coming out of retirement would make it extra special."

"It's great that there's two teams here," Warne said. "I'm not leaning one way or the other. I'm definitely going to play a few games and have some fun. I think it will be nice to help the young players out and have a bit of fun with the Twenty20."
The player who is seen warming the arms of Hollywood star, Elizabeth Hurley, has been in the news for his weight loss regime. Warne, 42, also commented that he can take the challenge of performing in the Big Bash- feeling fit and healthier than ever.
For now, there is still anxious wait for everyone with the former Aussie legend’s expected to make a decision in the coming week.
