Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua are confident they can sign Chelsea striker in the summer transfer window after the Ivory Coast international announced his decision to leave Stamford Bridge.
After helping the Blues to the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League for the very first time, Drogba decided to bring an end to his eight year career with the London side. With his contract having expired this season, Drogba leaves Stamford Bridge on a free
transfer.

the Carling Cup twice and the UEFA Champions League once.
Batista said while speaking to reporters:
“The people from the club are doing the best things to get Drogba here. I think every coach in the world wants to get Drogba on the team and I hope everything is okay.”
