Shanghai-mode-lingerie tradeshow?

Does anyone know what this tradeshow is for? The buyers that go there, have they already prebooked their merchandise so they are going just to reconfirm? Or are the buyers going there to order? Are the production samples already made? Or do they wait for their big orders?Thanx =)

Its where they go to place orders for their stores. Also checking out new merchandise that will come out in the future.
