I just got the news that Shannon Moore was released from the WWE. He says that he will still be wrestling but not on TV and that he wants to continue working as a tattoo artist. I know I'm gonna miss him. He had such great talent!

What are your thoughts?

  1. Who cares?

  2. let me get this straight a guy who apparently was a good person the fans liked him and he had great talent has been released what's next vladmir kozlov becomes wwe champion, colin delaney defeats tommy dreamer, mark henry walks out dry yeah right

  3. Its really sad just days after his birthday and enjoying at his hotel or home he recieved a message being released. Its really dissapointing for me but its really part of wwe.Wwe is a really big bussiness so its really tough to work there and u need to accept on wats given to u.Just like working and u got a message that ur fired.

  4. his talents were wasted in the wwe since they took out the cruiserweight division.  hopefully he would go to tna or fcw or ovw where his talents would be appreciated.

at least he has the gas chamber (his tattoo palor)

  5. yeah gonna miss him.

    TNA is gonna take him.

  6. shannon is the best he should have been with jimmy wang yang . he is still my fave superstar ever with or with out wwe

  7. that's a sad thing. but on the other hand, i just wish him goodluck in everything that he wants to do...

  8. He has talent, but he has never been utilized to the best of his ability in all the major companies he has been involved with.  I think his decision to leave TNA for WWE was the wrong decision business wise. He was in a feud with a crowd favorite and major competitor (AJ Styles) and he left that for what exactly, a few appearances and being barely used?  I think his stint with TNA was too short to be judged on whether he was used correctly or not, but you would assume he would be with the feud they gave him. Him being released is no surprise at all, I wouldn't find it surprising him coming back and then being released again.  So yeah the guy is talented, but he's just another one of WWE's many wasted talents.

  9. I wanted him to get at least a US championship push

He is a better wrestler then most main eventers

  10. Yet another great young superstar denied the fruits of his labor.

  11. I was really upset because I am a big fan but I don't think it was anything personal. WWE is releasing tons of people, I think they have too many people on their roster and have nothing for them. I do think others could've been released before Shannon though such as Funaki and Charlie Haas.

All in all Shannon will be fine though, he already has a show booked for August 23 in myrtle beach and for now the only reason he's not on TV is because of the contract with WWE. He can't sign with any company on TV or announce if he's signed with anyone on TV until his 90 days is up. So hopefully in 3 months he'll move to TNA or somewhere else that will show the talent he has.

  12. Steriodisly...Shannon moore was one of the greatest cruiserweights....If WWE game him a push like Rey Mysterio He might have Even been World champion...Shannon Prooved Size is Not what matters..It is talent....

  13. I don't really care.

    He succks.

  14. They should have kept him and brought back the Cruiser-weight title for him and others to compete for on Smackdown, Raw and ECW

  15. well i bet hes going to TNA next and is returning to the creepy punk gimmick

  16. He had been misused by WWE for a long time, so I'm not surprised he was released. With no cruiserweight division in WWE, there was really no place for Shannon Moore. I don't really care one way or another about him.

  17. When I found out last week about that I got really sad. Cause come on the guy has talent. I really wish he would've not gotten released. I really loved him. Great talent gone to waste.

  18. to be honest I'm not bothered didn't like him that much
