I am looking for crayons that are shaped like a light-bulb. They are used for increasing motor skills in toddlers.

  1. Don't waste your money.  The crayons are nice but nothing special when it comes to motor skills in toddlers.  You're better off just breaking the regular crayons.  Smaller crayons almost force a "tripod grasp" which I imagine is what you're looking for in terms of increasing motor skills.

  2. You could go to your local teacher store of you could get special shaped tins and melt down crayons and make them yourself! Just a thought.

  3. Go to your local school supply shop for teachers. They usually sell all sorts of great stuff to help kids with proper hold for writing utensils etc.

  4. Check your local teacher supply store, or if you can't find them, but can find a mold, you can make your own by melting crayon pieces into the form you want them to be in using your oven on a low temp or a hot plate.
