Shaquille O’Neal busy fighting against the lawsuit
Basketball legend and super star Shaquille O’Neal is going through serious mental stress and facing a lot of controversies these days. Very recently O’Neal’s lawyer told media that he will file action against O Neal’s former
employee’s lawsuit in which he says that the former basketball player stole his private information and challenged to frame him for child pornography.
The case and fight between the NBA (National Basketball Association) star Shaquille O'Neal and his former employee has certainly stirred the environment with controversies and issues. It is to be remembered that Shawn Darling
used to work for Shaquille as his personal computer adviser and consultant. Darling has recently filed a lawsuit against the star which says that the NBA star has cheated on his wife and several other women. On the other hand Shaquille O'Neal’s lawyer seems
very angry about the step taken by Darling and told the media that he will take actions to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Darling. O’Neal’s lawyer added that the suit is baseless and it is creating emotional and mental distress for his client. While talking
about the eligibility of the lawsuit by Darling, Shaquille’s lawyer expressed his views by saying that the step taken by Shawn Darling is baseless and his allegations are not true at all. Later the Florida attorney said that even if the allegations were true;
still it has no strength according to the law. It is also to be remembered that Shawn Darling filed the lawsuit after Shaquille O'Neal refused to pay him his demanded 12 million dollars. While talking about the incident the attorney told the media that the
lawsuit came after O’Neal’s refusal which is a strong proof that Shawn Darling is not a right man to be trusted as he has shown his greed by taking such a frustrated step.
On the other hand the lawyer from Shawn Darling is of the view that the case from Darling is not weak at all as Darling has got all the required amount of data and information, enough to set a case against Shaquille O'Neal.
Later, the Darling’s lawyer told the media that Darling has got all the texts and pictures of O’Neal. Darling’s advocate Menachem Mayberg told the media that O’Neal is going to face some serious trouble regarding the case as he was the one who was not righteous.
Mayberg added that his client Darling filed the lawsuit because he knew that O’Neal would act against him after realizing the nature of evidences he has given to Darling without noticing. While talking about the situation of the case the attorney expressed
his views very confidently and told the media that he has got all the evidences about Shaquille and the court will judge the further studies and proceedings of the matter.
The lawsuit filed by O’Neal’s former employ says that Darling is not feeling safe at all as Shaquille O’Neal might threaten him in the future. The fifteen pages lawsuit explains Shaquille O’Neal private life’s darker side
as well. It describes O’Neal’s relations with three mistresses including his ex-wife. It also explains that O’Neal threw Darling’s computer into the Lake.
It is also to be remembered that the Shawn Darling’s history is not clean as well as he has been jailed. While talking about the matter, Menachem Mayberg admitted the fact that his client has a criminal history but was of
the view that Darling’s criminal history is baseless regarding the matter as it doesn’t show that he is lying about Shaquille O’Neal’s bad habits. Meanwhile, the NBA star’s attorney is of the view that filing a lawsuit is not a difficult thing and people often
target celebrities to grab money from them and Shawn Darling is doing the same thing.
