I'm doing a project on addiction tell me ur thoughts about addiction, ppl with it, and if u know anything about the science of addiction

For me it was both physical and mental, with the mental/ emotional the toughest part.  There is no cure, its just constant vigilance.

They say in AA - "Half measures avail us nothing."

So you try continually give 100% to the program.   I'm sober 19 years.
