can someone give me there facebook email and password because it says i am ineligable to sign up because i put in the wrong age thanks

Good luck getting this. Number one, it is against the terms of service for FB and a person can get their account deleted for doing this.

Two, it's easy to just get one. Just make another email and put in the correct birthdate. Once you do this, they will let you have one under that login.

Once you have your FB, then add your current email to your emails they have listed (make it your primary). This will allow you to use that email to login and it will send all updates and notifications to that email.
