Sharing files between macbook and pc...?

So, if i buy a macbook with the leopard operating system, and want to use a file from my pc (windows xp) which is microsoft word, can i do this? or do I need to install windows for mac?

  1. You'd be surprised. With mac, all you have to do is open the finder winder, and it will show a list of all the networked computers (Windows, Mac, Linux). Just click on whatever one you want, and assuming that the computer has a shared drive/folder, you can access it.

    I use both windows and mac, and I honestly think that sharing between a mac and pc is easier than sharing between two pcs.
