Sharks Off Malta Coast ?

Im going to malta on holiday in august.. and im gonna be making a merman tail to swimm in the sea with .. are there any dangerous sharks... tiger/bull/great white sharks found of malta that may attack me

In the sixties an English teacher was killed by a shark in Malta. But that is the only one I have heard of. I've lived here 20 years and have not heard of any shark attacks.

You won't find any since they don't like the high percentage of salt (> 3,5%) in the Mediterannean Sea.

No, you won't find sharks in beaches. In Malta i have never heard of someone being attacked. Fishermen have reported to have seen sharks but really far off the coast You have nothing to worry about. However, do get a jellyfish repellent with you :/

Most of the Islands have sharks of one kind, not all ppl eaters, do the research on Google, email the place u r going to stay and ask away, don't live on fear, could die of many thousands of ways b4 a shark attack
