  1. just dont think about sharks and youll be fine

  2. I just read that link that Surfammo sent you. It's great! I have been studying sharks my whole life, and that link is a treasure of good, factual information. it' so good, I saved it as a favorite. Also, if you have cable or Direct TV, watch "shark week" programs coming up on the Discover Channel at the end of July.

  3. Do a little research on how to protect yourself.

  4. If you want an honest answer, here you go:

-I have seen sharks at every single spot I have surfed at.

-I have been bitten 2 times. (nothing major, just stating what's true)

-I have seen a variety of sharks at MY local surf spot (Jupiter, FL)

If your really interested in surfing, sharks shouldn't be a problem. Don't surf at night, or in the evening (like i did when I was bitten)

    (thats when sharks attack)

just have fun, and have no worries

  5. There are sharks everywhere. There are more up north due to the cold water but if you are going to be a surfer you just have to accept that they are there.

  6. dont worry about it, you have a far greater chance dying in a car accident driving to the beach
