Sharon Guest likely to prevail in the Grade A2 race at Oxford
S. Rayner’s trained b***h, Sharon Guest, is rated as favourite for the 450 metres, Grade A2 flat race at Oxford in England on Friday, February 17, 2012. The winning greyhound will take away a cash prize of £65.
Despite being a touch inconsistent in her previous five outings, Sharon Guest has won a couple of events. This is what helped her getting a starting price of 13 to 8 for today’s race. Although her last race did not turn out to be a very good one, the bettors
would be encouraged in putting some money on her.
The black b***h finished fourth in her last race, but her trained expects her to finish on top of the table at Oxford. The favourite b***h is the daughter of Droopys Vieri out of Sincerely Yours and was born in June 2008.
Another greyhound with a couple of victories in her last five races is, White Nose Girl. She will enter the race with a starting price of 3 to 1, but will not find things easy today. Her last couple of performances have been below par and the might discourage
the punters to invest money on her.
R. Baker’s trained b***h is the daughter of Never Give Up out of Grainnes Girl and was born in July 2009.
On Offer, trained by A. Kibble, has been awarded with a starting price of 9 to 2. He has been out of rhythm for the past few months and is unlikely to make an impression at Oxford. He does have the skill to match the best in the business, but will need an
errorless run to prevail. The black dog is the son of Head Bound out of Generic Joe and was born in August 2008.
Another greyhound given a starting price of 9 to 2 is, Banse Hill. His recent form has been good, which might encourage the bettors to put some money on him. He is trained by N. Colton and is the son of Razldazl Billy out of Flow Fantasy.
Indigo Kitti and Swift Primrose are the least favourite greyhounds to make an impression today. They will need to be at their best in order to challenge the front runners.
Considering the stats of all greyhounds, this race will be quite an interesting one. As most of them have been a touch inconsistent recently, there might be an upset. However, only time will tell whether that happens or not.
