Sharon Tobin on RTE 1 News?

Yesterday Thurs.7th June there was a news report by Sharon Tobin about a Kilkenny woman Catherine (maybe spelled with K) Nolan, able to feed a family for €6 a day, less than €50 a week. People visit her blog online every day. I couldn't catch the details. Anyone know the name of the website?
