Sharp 42" VS Toshiba 42" 120HZ?

Question

Both are 1080P, only the toshiba is 120HZ and the sharp is 60HZ.

If i buy the sharp i get free entertainment system (worth about 200-300$) for free that has like 6 speakers

And if i buy the Toshiba i get no entertainment system but the TV is 120HZ

Which is the best to get?

I will use it for normal HDTV viewing, gaming and maybe connecting to PC.

The refresh rate is barely noticeable to the eye

A good deal with the Sharp if you have the room?
