Need some help pls. We turned off our Sharp AR-200 copier due to the recent Easter 3 day shutdown weekend (office was closed) and before that, the copier worked fine. We come back Monday, fired it up to do copies and it just came out with these all black pages. So I pulled out the cartridge shaked it sideways over a sink and about a spoon of toner falls off. After that, I blew the cartridge with an Air Duster can to clean off anymore toner hanging onto the cartridge then placed it back in the copier. Plus, I turned this orange k**b (situated at the bottom right pass the toner cartridge and it's not attach to the toner, instead this orange k**b is attached to copier; I turned it clockwise as it won't turn counterclockwise. And I do not know what these orange k**b is for but I thought just maybe what the heck, it might do some help. But now the situation got worst because now the copier won't print at all but just a blank copy with a bit of off-white'ness on it.
