Sharp AR-5127, the error code U2-40

Question

I have the copier machine Sharp AR-5127, the error code U2-40 appears and coping cannot be done. I tried what you wrote before but it didn't work
I don't have a [Image Quality] key. I have [Auto Image] key and 14 can be entered directly without pressing 10 + 1 + 1 + 1 +1
