Sharp R 530DK 1200 Watts Microwave Oven won't cook

Question

This microwave has been in storage for about 3 years. Used for about 6 months since new and worked perfectly when I repacked it in it's original packaging and box. To my knowledge it was not dropped.

All of the electronics seem to work (set clock, timers, start, etc.) and the timers count down as though the microwave was on but the oven does not come on nor does the carousel turn.

I have unplugged and replugged a couple of times. Any ideas?
