Sharp gx17 Handset Manager(PC)

Question

I always manage to pair my sharp gx17 mobile with the PC via bluetooth. When I open Handset Manager (to manage my mobile) in my PC, it keeps saying 'trying to connect to the handset' and eventually it never connects. So I have a situation where the PC and mobile phone are recognizing each other but the Handset Manager (PC) does not connect to the mobile. Can you kindly help please?
