Sharp microwave model R-395F(S) bought

Sharp microwave model R-395F(S) bought in NZ. 1100W about 30litre.Problem from new, display weak but main problem as some buttons work some don't work and you have to push stop a few times before it works. Was repaired twice under warranty and once just out of warranty. What is the problem? Cheers Lindsay
