Sharp pain under my right ribcage. could it be gas?

this started happeneing a couple days ago.

i have had REALLY bad gas because i tried to drink a gallon of milk and not throw up.

so iv drank about half a gallon before i threw up and that night iv had diahreah and bad gas.

and the next day i had a sharp pain under my right ribcage, and its only my right one not my left.

what could it be.

i cant really go to the hospital because i dont have health insurance =/

  1. this could be anything, from serious to not serious, including ulcers, pancreatitis, gall bladder prob ems, even a heart attack to yes not so serious things like gas. Why are you trying to drink all this milk? Maybe your lactose intolerant and the milk is giving you the gas, pain and diarrhea.

  3. gas is like a spread out kind of pain...idk of that makes sense lol. it's not gas if it's a sharp, jabbing kind of pain in one spot.

    Yes, it's most certainly gas pains. They can be extremely painful if the air is caught under your ribs. You will feel better soon. Maybe take some Gas-X or try lying down on your stomach....
