  1. Can you then get all the breath back out or is it hard to exhale completely.  I had a similar pain one time for about a day and a half in my upper shoulder. Finally went to the Dr and it was a collasped lung. That can be dangerous, the air can fill outside the lung(or something like that) and put pressure on your heart. Might want to have someone listen to you with a stethoscope - pronto. They can hear if it is flat, then they confirm with an xray. Do you have very long arms and are rather tall too? There is a syndrome that causes people like me this to have a spontaneous phneumothorac. Good luck. AR

  2. maybe a broken rib or a bruised one

  3. Inflamation of the neck perhaps.  Maybe ur taking too much time in a certain position.

  4. sounds like you have gas

  5. That happens to me too except it is in my chest and ribs. But i got hurt pretty bad before. So u might want to ask someone about it like a doctor or pharmacist. Hope this helps and hope the pain stops. =)

  6. sounds like pnumea or a cracked rib
