Sharp pains, 14 weeks pregnant?

Question

I am 14 weeks preg, and just a little while ago after shopping, i bent down to pick up groceries and i felt sharp pains between my rib cage- in the middle, and a little farther down above my belly button, and a little higher up near my chest and throat, is this normal??? Could it just be gas?? I don't think its heartburn because ive had it before but it never felt like that. What could this be?? should I go to the hospital??

its normal, its just the baby in there. really! you shouldnt  expect to feel like your belly is hollow or somthing, your pregnat for pete sake!
