Sharp pains and 30 weeks pregnant?

i have some sharp pains but high up in my stomach they do not feel like contractions. not all the time but i am having twins. i seem to be at the hospital all the time so dont want to go for no reason. any one else had this. thanks em x

its normal, really. just keep that baby in there for as long as possible. The only reason my little one came out early was because it was dying! (but luckly it lived!)
