Sharp pains in bowel and headaches - anyone got an idea before i go to doctors?

I've been getting sharp pains in my bowel for about 5 days now and headaches too, but the headaches have gone over the last 2 days.

I've been feeling tired for the best part of a week now and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what the problem may be before i go to a doctor. I believe it is just a virus but iam unsure.

You could have a bleeding ulcer, Whats your stool look like ???Kinda reddish/brown ???  Could explain why you are tired...Losing blood.

Also, Have you had a sensation of somthing "Popping" inside your bowel ???      Could be dyverticulitis.

Either one is very dangerous, and left unchecked could cause death.

My suggestion........Get to the doctor
