Sharp pains in lower abdomen like pelvic?

Question

in my lower area below my belly button like the pelvic area it started on my right side and i hunched over immediately when i was walking into the kitchen and now that I'm laying down i coughed and it just was a shooting pain on both sides.. what could this be just ligaments or something

I had a stabbing or ripping type of pain on both sides of my abdomen ESPECIALLY while coughing and it was just round ligament pain.

If you have "CRAMPING" then you need to call the doctor.  

You may want to call anyway just to be safe...don't worry about bothering them...that's why they get paid the big bucks.

It's called round ligament pains! It's just the baby moving all your stuff around and stretching it out. I would look it up, but I think I had it a little at around 13 weeks, and then got it bad for a day or two at 16 weeks.

yes i had them as early as 10 weeks.  and my hips started hurting really bad at about 12 weeks.  the doctor said it's normal... but if it gets too severe or bleeding then you should call your doctor.
