Question:

Sharp pains in testicles?

by  |  earlier

I am 14 years old and I am just starting to hit puberty. But I noticed something seems wrong. Every once and awhile I experience sharp pains that shoot through my testicles. It happens about once or twice a day, sometimes not. I don't know if something is wrong with me or it is just me growing. Help please.

  1. Your puberty  is not related with this.

This could be what is called strong cremastric reflux ( the upward movement of testis to any stimulus).

But the most common cause could be infection or the orchitis. Also many other causes like testicular torsion-detorsion may be mentioned here.

    So consult your Doc.

  2. you shouldn't have any pain there.

go see your doctor to be on the safe side.
