Sharp pains when tampon is fully inserted ?

Question

i was on my last two super tampons because i was about to go to splish splash and wanted to make sure nothing leaks.

but as i was putting one in, i noticed a sharp pain deep in my v****a, almost as if my uterus is hurting.

i am a virgin, but i have used tampons before in the past without any problem [smaller absorbency though]

i still felt it when i stood up, and therefore i pushed it in further with my finger so i wouldnt feel it inside me anymore, but the sharp pain reoccured.

i want to know is it because i have a short length v****a, or if the tampon is too big/too absorbent, or another reason.

please help.

its probably bc there is not enough blood for the tampon to ansorb.  stick with regulars...i had the same problem

Yeh i think your not ready for super by the sounds of it, stick to regular, also when u say down to your 2 last super did u insert 2 coz i wouldnt do tht.

Another thing u might have put it in wrong or not pointing enuogh to ur bum, i always wear tampons for my monthlies and sometimes i even put them in wrong, but ull get used to them.
