Sharp xg-h400u projector Lamp timer reset.

Question

We replaced the bulb but forgot to reset the lamp timer. The timer needs a hard reset now and can not find the steps to take to do it. Sharp will not help and the service center i took it to can not find the instructions to do it. Please help. This projector is used for a non-profit org. nad we dont have the funds to send it to another service center.
