  1. The biggest arguement against the Figure 4 is that, by simply rolling over on it, and reversing the leverage, you can directly reverse the hold, and have the other guy in the very same hold he put you in to start with.  The sharpshooter averts all that risk, and efficiently makes the guy tap.  For these reasons, Sharpshooter > Figure 4 Leglock.

  2. I thank you for posting a question has been like 10 mins with spam questions.

Bret Harts Sharpshooter, looks really nice when you put it on, and it hurts more then the Figure 4 Leg Lock

  3. figure 4 leglock

it hurts a lot when its locked on

  4. the sharpshooter

  5. sharpshooter b/c it's not as hard too do.

  6. I like both..but I'll give the edge to the Figure Four. Only because the way it's put on..it looks like it's supposed to do some serious damage to the opponents legs. Not taking anything away from the Sharpshooter, it's close, I'll just give the edge to the FF.

  7. hmmmm tough one but i have always been a fan of the SharpShooter.

  8. Sharpshooter

  9. I have to with the sharpshooter because it focuses on the back and legs and look more painful.

  10. Effective?

    Sharpshooter looks more painful

  11. I would say the sharpshooter because really when your applying the figure four your opponent can reverse it easily by turning over and then they put pressure on you. i know there are ways to reverse the sharpshooter but i think they aren't as easy as reversing the figure four. And when applying the sharpshooter you put stress on the legs and the lower back as the figure four only puts stress on the legs. I feel the sharpshooter was a more effective move in when getting a opponent to tap because there are many variation too as in the boston crab etc. my opinion is the sharpshooter.

  12. sharpshooter looks better

  13. SharpShooter by far, but figure four leglock is good too
