Shaun Pollock wants Mumbai Indians to be consistent – Cricket News Update
The bowling coach of Mumbai Indians, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Shaun-Maclean-Pollock-c89847, believes that his team has a huge chance to win the on-going fifth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) but admitted that his team is yet to peak in the tournament.

Mumbai is currently placed third on the points table with 14 points after 11 fixtures. The franchise has struggled with fitness issues throughout the tournament as Tendulkar, Malinga and Pollard missed a number of matches due to their respective injuries.
Pollock, who also played for Mumbai in the initial seasons, expressed that his team has plenty of match-winners but the guys have not been consistent enough this year so far. As the tournament is coming close to the crucial stages, the former South African
pacer feels that his team needs to raise its performance in order to entertain any thoughts of lifting the trophy.
"We have a strong team on paper but that doesn't mean much because cricket is a funny game. We have not done consistently well in both batting or bowling on a given day. But we have shown what we are capable of. Now is the time for the boys to play to their
potential and peak," he said.
Pollock thinks that no predictions can be made in the shortest format of the game because things can change very quickly. The bowling coach also commented that because of the limitation on foreign players, it gets really hard to choose the right combination.
The former South African captain expressed, "The problem in Twenty20 is that you have to work with different variables in different matches. It is a challenge for the coaching staff to select the best four overseas players for the match.”
