Shaved Eyebrows in Military?

Is it against US Military regulations to shave ones eyebrows completely off?

It falls under the category of bringing undue attention to oneself. Same as multicolored hair, piercings etc.

Yes it is illegal in most cases without a medical condition that forces you to shave your eyebrows. Not to mention the attention you will receive from your chain of command for being an idiot.
