OK... I'm 14 and I have that stupid little dark hair on my top lip and it looks so ugly and I also have little light hair were my beard is gonna grow in... I want to shave it really bad... But the thing is that I am too nervous or scared or whatever... i used to be able to sneak and use the left over shaving cream that company left... There was only two uses left in the bottle... So how can i do it like sneaky or how can i shave it... Also there is not father figure here just mom and grandma... But I'm very close with both...

  1. You need to get yourself an electric shaver man. They're easy to use and you won't get cut

  2. I'm 15, and I too get very annoyed with that d**n thick peach fuzz. It's so unnatractive! lol      If you have a razor, but no shaving cream, you should be able to take a bar of soap and use that.  Just make it all sudsy, rub on your face, and use that as a lubricant to keep you from getting cut.

  3. Go spend a couple of bucks at any store and buy a pack of disposable razors and cheap shave cream. You can also just use water and mild soap or hair conditioner, shave cream isn't absolutely necessary. In fact, I prefer using conditioner to lube the razor.

You are 14, take charge of your body and cut the hair if you want. Don't need anyone's permission.

  4. ok, so seriously, its not that big of a deal, just when your at the store, tell your mom or gma that you need some shaving stuff and theyll say ok. and idk whose razor your using but if its not your own, its important that you get your own, k.

i agree w/ you that the fuzz looks stupid, so ya, shave

  5. Just the next time your at the supermarket tell your mom or whatever that you need a blade and shaving cream, say it and get it over with!!

  6. just tell them theyll agree with you

  7. haha i'm 13 and i'm already shaving

  8. Use an electric razor, it is much easier to shave with one when you are starting out especially. In fact for many years as an adult I continued to use an electric razor cause I didn't like using blades.

There is nothing "manly" about using a blade vs an electric razor. If you can find a good electric razor that does a good job and they have certainly improved those over the years you are better off. The only thing which you must do to make shaving with an electric razor easier is to shave every day, cause when it gets long the electric razor is very hard or impossible to cut the hairs and then you have to use a blade.

As you get older you were feel more comfortable about letting others know you shave. I understand how you don't want a bunch of women around you making a big deal over it.

  9. just go to your mother and say "i think its about time i shave dont you think?"

and she will be fine with it =]
